Someone in your corner to help you finish strong

Finance.vet advocates are partner-funded navigation professionals — trained to help you complete your picture, not sell you products. When your plan gets complex, credentialed CFP professionals on our planning bench step in for review.

Finish, don't figure it out alone

Most veterans do not need another PDF — they need someone who knows the platform, understands military benefits context, and keeps momentum on Protect, retirement, and family tasks.

Advocates help you

  • Walk your plan with you — intake, documents, and next steps
  • Assign tasks you see and complete in your member account
  • Schedule check-in calls and follow up on milestones
  • Answer educational questions about platform tools and concepts
  • Coordinate with your cohort program so nothing falls through the cracks

Advocates do not

  • File or appeal VA disability claims (not VA-accredited representatives)
  • Recommend specific securities or manage portfolios
  • Provide investment advice — that is Finance.vet LLC when you opt in
  • Charge you for their time — advocates are partner-funded and free to you

Credentialed depth when your plan needs it

Advocates scale to dozens of veterans each. The CFP planning bench concentrates expert time on cases where survivor phasing, SBP/DIC offsets, retirement gaps, or household transitions need credentialed review — without making every advocate a CFP.

  • Reviews complex survivor, retirement, and household-transition cases
  • Validates assumptions behind illustrative charts and Protect outputs
  • Documents plan review summaries for your advocate to help you act
  • Escalates when rules, timing, or gaps need credentialed depth
  • Stays within educational plan review — not day-to-day task coaching

CFP® professionals provide plan review and educational framing. Securities advice and portfolio management are provided only by Finance.vet LLC when you separately choose the investing path.
